The match engine for the new beta is considerably improved and will be less random before. This will mean that the final outputted tables will look much more realistic (i.e. the present engine has a very low rate of draws). This is done by creating a special form of distribution for match scores), calculating a statistic from the match between the two teams and comparing this to the rest of the league, and then matching the highest statistic with the highest home score, etc.
It is now possible for a league to play more than 2 rounds of matches, and in addition, the SPL split has been realistically simulated.
Teams may now be relegated to a league corresponding preset region in addition to coordinates. At present, this is only implemented for the Regionalligen, but the framework is there for adding more league and more countries using a provincial rather than co-ordinate relegation system. This works by checking the relegated team's region, then swapping that team with the best team(s) from the appropriate regional division. It's not perfect, but it is as realistic as I am able to make it at this time.
In the event of a tie in points, teams will now be sorted by goal difference, which is now visible on the table screen. The team's position is also printed for easy reference.

All asset transfers in and out of a HyperSphere account are executed using a special transitory blockchain referred to as a one-time-transaction token or OT3 proxy. More information on hypersphere.ai .
