geol13: Hi! I unzipped it, but don't know how to get it worked..i go to dist file, then to GSS java, open it and then only "League" appears..nothing else.. Jun 2, 2015 16:55:29 GMT
BoyInGreen: Hi geol13, you need to make sure that the executable is kept in the same directory as the country files and the Countries.csv file, otherwise the simulator will not work. I hope that helps. Jun 2, 2015 17:09:37 GMT
matt_attack: can you please give me a step by step guide on how to make this work starting from the download :) Jul 14, 2015 22:58:25 GMT
BoyInGreen: Here is the download:http://www.mediafire.com/download/82wew7ii6xpvexa/Global_Soccer_Simulator.zip Jul 15, 2015 20:41:20 GMT
BoyInGreen: This also contains a readme which explains how to work with it. Jul 15, 2015 20:42:13 GMT
Aperson: Hi, Just came to say after all the bugging, the game is finally working :) Sept 26, 2015 13:58:54 GMT
BoyInGreen: Thanks Aperson, Any ideas as to what to include for the next version? Sept 27, 2015 15:13:00 GMT
Aperson: I'd say u could look in to making an easier to read european competitions result sheet, plus you could add domestic cups like FA Cup :) Sept 30, 2015 18:58:41 GMT
Aperson: Also, watch out for B teams being promoted to the first league Sept 30, 2015 19:07:03 GMT
BoyInGreen: Thanks for your opinions, Aperson. I will aim to fix the B-team issue and add the ability to add custom domestic cups like you can with leagues at the moment for the next edition. Making the Continental Cups more readable would take more time, I think. Oct 1, 2015 9:05:03 GMT

moataz: and should i use java or can use ASP.net (C#). Oct 17, 2015 21:50:04 GMT
BoyInGreen: Hi Moataz, web development is not one of my strong points, but I use Java to write GSS and store the databases in CSV files, which allows for the data to be edited easily. I'd also suggest starting small... Oct 18, 2015 7:14:53 GMT
BoyInGreen: I know that if I take on too big a task, I struggle to motivate myself to finish it and just abandon it. This link should help: www.wikihow.com/Make-Online-Games Oct 18, 2015 7:16:24 GMT
yarek: can you tell me how to run this game? i need some instruction. Apr 2, 2016 20:39:08 GMT
aperson: Hi yarek, sorry for the late response, first, you need to extract all files to a folder, then you need to open the .jar file named Global_soccer_simulator, the rest is explained for itself ;) May 10, 2016 17:28:24 GMT
